As co-founder/COO of Caravan Health (a technology-enabled services company), her expertise helped grow the organization from inception to a high-performing company with a $250M exit in 2022. Prior to that, Erin served in several senior executive roles steering performance and delivery of solutions while identifying, acquiring, integrating, and managing several business units.
